Responsibilities, Hours, and The Day‐to‐Day Of The Role
- Work 4 x 10‐hour shifts per week, totalling 40 hours, with shift times between 6 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are allocated 3‐weeks in advance.
- Drive up to 2 hrs to reach the day's venue (outside the 10‐hour shift). Public transport may also be required for certain venues.
- Set up the kit, greet customers, and conduct health assessments (e.g., PAD, ECG, phlebotomy once qualified, lung function, body composition, short fitness tests).
- Manage administrative records for customer appointments.
- Do not relay test results or provide further lifestyle advice after assessments are completed.
What we’d like to see from you
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car; ability to transport the kit and store it at home during off‐hours.
- Availability to work any days between Monday–Sunday and any times between 6 am–10 pm, on a rota basis.
- Competence with computer/laptop/phone/tablet.
- Clear DBS (we will process this on your behalf).
- Ability to travel up to 2 hrs from home location; occasional overnight stays may be required.
- Residence within the correct distance of the regional location of the role.
- Attend the two‐week on‐site training at our Milton Keynes head office (Monday‐Friday). Stay in Milton Keynes for both weeks.
- Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
- Successful enhanced criminal records check (covered by us).
- All roles require a satisfactory criminal records check as part of onboarding.
