We are looking for a Trainee IT Support Engineer to be the initial point of contact for the IT Support department for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. Supported by our Head of IT Operations, this role is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress themselves into an IT Support Career. We will be covering the cost of completing a CompTIA A+ course whilst providing support throughout, and there will be opportunity for a permanent position should the course be passed!

The Hours
- Temporary, fixed term 12 month contract
- Full time
- Office based, 5-days per week Monday to Friday
- 37.5 hours per week
- 8am to 4pm
Responsibilities
- Providing Internal Desktop/Network/Application support to employees
- Assist in the deployment of technologies/systems/services to employees
- Setting up and removing of new starters and leavers
- Assisting with laptop builds and minor technical support
- Supporting with in-house systems - Microsoft 365
- General IT support.
- Contribute to training documentation and assist with end-user training
- Maintain audit on all equipment throughout the business
- To provide remote and telephone support to both office and field staff with IT related tasks
