We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic team of 20 Software Engineers!

What will your day-to-day look like?
- Lead and manage the Engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development.
- Oversee the entire Secure Software Development Lifecycle, including sprint planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Be ‘hands on’ and contribute to technical or development tasks.
- Implement and maintain best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, testing procedures and information security considerations.
- Monitor and promote team motivation, performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and participate in technical designs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Responsible for the engineering adherence towards maintaining an effective ISO27001 framework.
The hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9am – 5pm/8am – 4pm
- Full time, Permanent
- Hybrid – up to 2 days per week in the office outside of training
