Position
Senior Account Manager
Worthing, West Sussex – Hybrid
Full time/Permanent
£26,250 per year plus £5,000 annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)
About the role
Our Senior Account Managers manage our client accounts. They help us build productive and profitable relationships with our corporate clients, assisting with incoming employee and client enquiries to maintain client and employee satisfaction. Senior Account Managers actively identify opportunities for account growth and to expand the client’s engagement by introducing additional products or services that align with their needs.

- Regularly speak to clients by email, phone, Microsoft Teams and face to face to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the wider product range.
- Gain a good understanding of each allocated client account, identifying their needs, aspirations and challenges.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and drive business growth.
- Provide regular reporting for each account to understand the activity for clients and their employees.
- Create MI Reports to clients (where applicable) to see an overview of their employees’ health and wellbeing.
- Setting up and attending client roadshows and webinars to increase employee engagement, take up and health education.
- Manage the renewal process for client contracts.
- Implement Account Based Marketing for each of your portfolio of clients.
- Ensure client invoices are paid on time.
Working Hours.
- Monday to Friday
- Either 8-4pm or 9-5pm
- Two days per week in the Head Office
