We’re looking for accomplished, articulate and ambitious individuals to join our Sales Support Advisor team at Bluecrest!

Led by our Customer Service Manager, Lou, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers across our B2B, B2C, and SP Networks. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Externally, we’re a motivated, results-driven team of diverse talent with a focus on achieving targets. Internally, we are a vibrant group that believes in clear communication, collaboration, and fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Your day-to-day duties will include…

  • Managing inbound sales inquiries from customers across B2B, B2C, and Strategic Partners, identifying opportunities to personalize our products.
  • Making warm outbound calls to existing B2C customers to encourage service utilization.
  • Making warm outbound calls to existing B2B customers to promote employee benefits.
  • Achieving customer interaction SLAs and sales KPIs.
  • Being open to coaching, feedback, and sales training.
  • Maintaining a Quality Assurance score of 95% or higher.
  • Adhering to ISO 9001 standards and internal sales policies.
  • Undertaking other duties as reasonably required.

The hours…

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Hours may vary between Monday and Sunday, 7am to 8pm on weekdays, and 8am to 5.30pm on weekends.
  • Remote work possible, with occasional attendance at office locations if required.
