If you choose to join us, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal utilisation of our workforce by creating and managing complex staffing rotas, matching staff skills to required events, and proactively addressing daily changes and staff sickness. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to optimise events and manage capacity, while also identifying opportunities to improve resource efficiency and reduce costs.

What your day to day will look like..
- Staffing Rotas: Complete complex staffing rotas in line with business requirements.
- Workforce Utilisation: Ensure full workforce utilisation and productivity.
- Skill Matching: Match staff skills to required clinics.
- Daily Management: Manage daily changes, staff sickness, and work to cover events to minimise clinic cancellations against agreed SLAs.
- Clinic Coverage: Proactively review upcoming events and ensure all clinics are covered.
- Collaboration: Work with our corporate team to optimise all clinics.
- Communication: Liaise with relevant teams to communicate rota changes (clinical waste team, courier service, etc.).
- Leave Management: Manage annual leave.
- Capacity Management: Support relevant teams with capacity management.
- Data Analysis: Use dashboards to review staffing numbers and requirements, assist with recruitment, and provide reporting to highlight trends linked to staff forecasting.
- Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve resource efficiency and reduce costs.
- System Utilisation: Utilise key business systems to manage tickets raised by the Field Team and respond in a timely manner in line with agreed SLAs.
- Support: Provide ad hoc support on the Field Support telephone line and click-to-chat function, ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly.
- Workload Organisation: Organise own workloads and priorities on a day-to-day basis.
- Stakeholder Meetings: Attend meetings with key stakeholders, including suppliers, to deliver feedback and data on best practice and rota optimisation.
- Process Review: Create and review department processes regularly to ensure efficiency.
Working Hours..
- The current rota for this role is 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday
- Rota basis β Flexibility will be required as rota may change
- Hybrid 80/20 split
