We are looking to recruit from various areas including: Crowborough, Rotherfield, Horley, Redhill, Dorking, Polegate, Wadhurst, Heathfield, Ashford, Sevenoaks, Oxted, Cranbrook, Cranleigh, Tonbridge, East Grinstead.

If you join us, you’ll be known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist and will be part of our mission to make health confidence accessible to all.

The hours are 30 hours per week, consisting of 3 x 10-hour shifts per week, not including travel time, on any 3 days between Monday and Sunday, on a rolling rota. Shifts can be scheduled any time between 6am and 10pm. The rota is released 3 weeks in advance.

Base salary of £20,837.25 per year, with an OTE of up to £38,000 including commission, expenses, and overtime, plus standard company benefits.

Responsibilities

At Bluecrest, we prioritize high-quality service. You will work in various venues across your region, with your day starting by planning your route and traveling to your assigned venue—expect travel times from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Upon arrival, you will unpack and set up your equipment, greet customers, and perform health assessments based on their chosen packages, including but not limited to; PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests. You will also advise on further testing if appropriate and maintain all relevant records. You are not required to relay results or lifestyle advice after assessments.
