We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our teams here at Bluecrest Wellness! Under the guidance of our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our marketing team. Externally, they are a forward-thinking, dynamic team that manages the workload without compromising on quality. Internally, they are a social, supportive, and lively group that value strong communication and innovation. If you choose to join us, you’ll play a key role in providing administrative support to the marketing team, assisting with a range of day-to-day marketing activities including data management, website updates, referral programme support, offer and campaign creation, and other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Marketing Administration: provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring time management, organisation, and timely completion of tasks.
  • Data management: clean, organise, import and segment marketing data to ensure accuracy and usability for campaigns and reporting.
  • Email marketing: assisting with creation of email templates, marketing lists and segments, email scheduling, and other supporting email marketing tasks as required.
  • Referral Programme support: Manage the referral marketing programme, sort and send referral rewards to customers on a monthly basis.
  • Website updates: Update and create website pages as and when required, ensure website information is up to date and accurate.
  • Offer code creation: Support in the creation and distribution of promotional offer codes for marketing campaigns.
  • Creative marketing: Assisting with design and content for digital and print marketing templates.
  • Customer testimonial/Case study management: Monitor TrustPilot and Survey Monkey feedback and compliments and support with identifying case study opportunities.
  • Reporting: assisting with the evaluation of marketing campaigns and creation and delivery of marketing reports to support planning and improvements.
  • Monitor the marketing inbox: Monitor the marketing inbox messages from internal stakeholders and ensure responses within 48 hours.
  • Social media campaign support: support the Digital Content Executive with the social media posting schedule and key metric tracking.
  • General support: Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

The hours: Monday to Friday/9am – 5pm, 37.5 hours per week, Full time, permanent, Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Worthing office.
