Health Assessment Specialist - ESE

Phlebotomist

£27,783 per year (with Commission, Overtime, Expenses, and Benefits)

We are looking to recruit individuals residing in and around the following areas: Royal Tunbridge Wells, Ashford, Cranbrook, Tenterden, and surrounding areas.

Please note: This role is field-based, and you may travel up to 2 hours from your home location.

Requirements to join our team include:

• A Full UK License and access to your own vehicle – you will need to transport your kit to and from venues, so a standard-sized car is required, along with the ability to store kit items at home when not working.
• The ability to work any days between Monday to Sunday and any times between 6am and 10pm on a rota basis, with shifts from 6am – 4pm, 8am – 6pm, and 1pm – 10pm.
• Proficiency in using computers, laptops, phones, or tablets.
• A clear DBS check – we will process this on your behalf.
• The ability to travel up to 2 hours from your home and occasionally stay overnight if required.
• Residing within the appropriate distance of the regional role location.
• Attending our Milton Keynes head office for the first two weeks of training (Monday to Friday, staying overnight).
• A genuine willingness to learn and acquire new skills.

Working hours:

40 hours per week

• 4 shifts of 10 hours each, any 4 days between Monday and Sunday on a rolling rota.
• Shifts between 6am and 10pm.
• Rota released 3 weeks in advance.

Salary and benefits:

• Base salary of £27,783 annually, plus commission, expenses, and overtime.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Travel to various venues, unpacking and setting up your kit, greeting customers, and performing health assessments based on their packages (e.g., PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy, Lung Function, Body Composition, fitness tests).
• Updating and maintaining administrative records.
• Providing assessments without relaying results or lifestyle advice to customers.
