Phlebotomist
£27,783 per year (with Commission, Overtime, Expenses and Benefits)
We are looking to recruit individuals residing in and around the following areas: Royal Tunbridge Wells, Ashford, Cranbrook, Tenterden, and surrounding areas.
Please note: as this role is field-based, you may need to travel up to 2 hours from your home location.
Requirements to join our team include:
- A Full UK License and access to your own vehicle, as you\’ll need to transport your kit to and from venues. A standard-sized car is required, along with the ability to store kit items at home when not working.
- Availability to work any days between Monday to Sunday and any times between 6am and 10pm on a rota basis, with shifts from 6am – 4pm, 8am – 6pm, and 1pm – 10pm.
- Proficiency in using computers, laptops, phones, or tablets.
- A clear DBS check, which we will process on your behalf.
- The ability to travel up to 2 hours from your home and occasional overnight stays as required.
- Residing within the appropriate distance of the regional location of the role.
- Attendance at our Milton Keynes head office for the first two weeks of training (Monday to Friday, staying overnight).
- A willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
Working hours:
40 hours per week
- Four 10-hour shifts per week, any 4 days between Monday and Sunday, on a rota.
- Shifts scheduled between 6am and 10pm.
- Rota released 3 weeks in advance, on a rolling basis.
Salary and benefits:
- Base salary of £27,783 per year, with additional commission, expenses, and overtime.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Travel to various clinic venues, sometimes up to 2 hours away, using car or public transport.
- Setting up your kit and greeting customers, with 15 to 22 customers per day, each appointment lasting 10 to 45 minutes depending on the package.
- Performing health assessments such as PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and fitness tests.
- Providing advice on further testing when appropriate, but not relaying results or lifestyle advice post-assessment.
