Responsibilities, hours and the day-to-day of the role:
You will work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours per week; hours can fall any time between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and will be allocated by our resource planner 3 weeks in advance on a rolling basis.
You will be required to drive up to 2 hours to reach your venue of the day; there may also be instances where you will need to take public transport depending on the venue type.
At Bluecrest, we maintain high standards; you will work in many new and varied venues across your region.
The day starts with planning your route and traveling to your allocated venue. Expect to travel 30 minutes to 2 hours, unpack and set up your kit, greet customers, and conduct 15 to 22 customer appointments per day (appointments range from 10 to 45 minutes per customer based on package).
You will perform health assessments with customers based on chosen packages, including but not limited to: PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests, and offer advice on further testing where appropriate. You will also update and maintain all relevant administration records.
You will not be required to relay results or provide lifestyle advice to customers after assessments are complete.
