Overview
The Procurement function at BlueCrest is centralised within the London office but this role is Global in nature. The successful candidate will need to support the delivery of the Firm’s requirements across London, New York, Singapore, Jersey, Geneva, Dubai and several smaller office locations.

Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Procurement Analyst to support the delivery of our Global Procurement Strategy across the Technology, HR, Recruitment, and Facilities categories. This role requires someone with a curious and analytical mindset who can understand the diverse and sometimes complex needs across all BlueCrest departments.
You will work closely with category managers and key stakeholders to deliver best-in-class procurement solutions, drive commercial value, and ensure compliance and operational excellence in a dynamic, cross-category, global environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute procurement activities in alignment with the Global Procurement Strategy and Category Strategies for Technology, HR, Recruitment, and Facilities.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Category Manager(s) for Technology and Facilities/General Procurement.
- Drive commercial value and apply best practices in line with a high-performing procurement function.
- Maintain and regularly review the Contract Database to ensure accuracy and compliance across all category contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, Compliance) and external suppliers to enable value-driven engagements.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations for new requirements and contract renewals across all relevant categories.
- Ensure all supplier due diligence processes are completed in accordance with company policy.
- Manage administrative and operational procurement tasks using the company’s ERP system.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial acumen with a track record of successful negotiations and contract tendering.
- Experience managing procurement across multiple categories, ideally within a Financial Services environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and ordering systems.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues across functions.
- Strategic thinker with both commercial and operational insight, capable of identifying internal and external value opportunities.
- CIPS qualification (desirable)
