Department Overview:
The Procurement function at BlueCrest is centralised within the London office but this role is Global in nature. The successful candidate will need to support the delivery of the firm’s requirements across, London, New York, Singapore, Jersey, Geneva, Dubai and several smaller office locations.
Reporting to the Head of Market Data & Procurement, the Procurement Administrator will be key to the ongoing and successful delivery of the market data category, as well as to facilitate wider procurement administrative duties, across categories.
Role Requirements:
Management of procurement administration, which includes:
- Delivery of monthly reports, utilising both internal and third-party platforms, in a timely manner
- Maintaining existing third-party licensing platforms
- Maintaining and updating contract records and user lists within internal platforms
- Permissioning front office products within third party platforms, in accordance with the firm’s policies
- Onboarding administration duties for front office personnel set up
- Supporting Procurement RFx projects
- Supporting procurement operations, which includes invoice and purchase order management, across categories
- Manage and ensure all required due diligence checks are carried out on new suppliers to BlueCrest
- Identifying and supporting process improvement/efficiency initiatives
Experience Needed:
- Highly organised individual, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Interest and experience in data analytics and proficiency in Excel
- Ability to adhere to processes and maintain accurate records
- Ability to learn within a fast-paced environment
- Graduate from Undergraduate or Postgraduate studies
- Team player who is able to build relationships and communicate well within the procurement team and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using and developing AI tools/agents (desirable)
- Experience within a Market Data administration role, or similar (desirable)
