Founded in 2000, BlueCrest invests across a number of asset classes and products globally, focussing principally on Rates, RV, EM, Credit, Systematic and Commodities strategies. Producing consistent market leading investment returns, BlueCrest’s funds are closed to third party investors operating as a private investment partnership.

Role Overview

  • Draft corporate governance documentation including board minutes, resolutions and related materials.
  • Review NDAs ensuring consistency with company precedents and escalation of key legal issues where appropriate.
  • Review procurement contracts and supplier agreements, flagging legal issues where appropriate.
  • Review and process standard‑form “give up” agreements.
  • Maintain internal company registers and filings and file with relevant authorities where required.
  • Review engagement letters for external advisors, including tax advisors and auditors.
  • Assist with more complex KYC requests.
  • Maintain and organise legal databases.
  • Provide general paralegal support to the legal team on ongoing matters and projects.

Experience Required

  • Law graduate
  • Experience of corporate governance processes preferred
  • Knowledge or experience of working within the financial sector preferred
