Bluecoat Trent Academy is seeking an outstanding Teaching Assistant to join our committed SEND team.

You will work with students to improve learning and foster participation in academic and social aspects of academy life.

The post holder will support students with additional needs in lessons and interventions, liaising with the SENDCo and Level 2 TAs to raise attainment and ensure every child reaches their potential.
