We are looking for an Administration and Operations Manager to join our team here at Bluecoat Trent Academy, to cover a maternity leave. The postholder will play a significant role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities within the Academy. This position involves overseeing the operational aspects of the business, coordinating with various leads to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in processes. By streamlining workflows and implementing strategies for operational improvement, the Operations Lead supports the Academy's improvement plan.

Their responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Through their leadership, they contribute to the overall productivity and success of the business, making sure operations align with the Academies vision and expectations.

The successful candidate will be committed to the students and academy life and will possess the ability to communicate effectively and be able to raise the standards of learning for all of the students that they are required to work with.
