Archway Learning Trust is seeking to appoint an outstanding Exams Officer to join a high achieving, successful and forward‑looking team of staff. The role is 37 hours per week, Term Time Only + 2 weeks, and will be based within the Exams and Data team, reporting to Principal and Assistant Principal.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the organisation of internal and external Academy examinations and timescales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the local Academy Assistant Principal for Achievement to ensure the continuous assessment framework is adhered to.
  • Communicate effectively with students and staff to raise standards of learning and support academy life.

Qualifications and Requirements

The successful candidate will be committed to the welfare of students, possess strong communication skills and ability to raise learning standards. The role requires an enhanced DBS check, Barred List check, online searches, satisfactory references and all other statutory safer recruitment checks.
