Blueclaw is an award-winning digital marketing agency. We work with ambitious SMEs, enterprise level operations, blue-chips and FTSE 250 listed companies. Our expertise spans across the globe including clients within travel, ecommerce, igaming, property and finance.
We are looking to hire a talented recruitment professional to help drive forward and lead Blueclaw’s ambitious recruitment plans.
You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, hiring and onboarding new employees to the agency.
You will understand the long-term goals of Blueclaw and acknowledge that people play a huge role in the agency’s future growth and success.
You know how to build a healthy pipeline of prospective digital marketing talent and you will already have your own network in place.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through effective headhunting methods.
- Management of agency and candidate expectations.
- Multi-territory candidate sourcing particularly for the EU, US and UK.
- Arranging interviews and diary management.
- Job description, employment contract and offer letter management/distribution.
- Provision of interview feedback.
- Onboarding of new hires from an HR perspective.
- Evaluating candidate applications and CVs and selecting candidates for the interview process in conjunction with the senior Blueclaw team.
- Developing and implementing recruiting strategies, including building a candidate pipeline for key positions and maintaining regular contact with possible future applicants.
- Providing weekly/monthly reports on the talent pipeline and candidate progress.
- Work closely with the management team to meet recruitment requirements.
- Work with the marketing manager to plan and execute recruitment drives/content.
- Developing working relationships with colleges and universities to develop a future talent pipeline.
- Acting as our employer champion, representing the company at external events and the updating of the careers page/blog and various social channels.
Key Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in a recruitment-based role preferably recruiting for SEO, PPC and Digital PR type roles.
- Proven experience within a talent acquisition role, including end-to-end recruiting, sourcing, headhunting and evaluating candidates at various levels.
- Be ambitious and result driven.
- Personable, able to build strong rapports with candidates and colleagues.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Great communication skills and an ability to influence at the highest level.
- A creative, solutions-driven approach to every hire.
- Self-motivated with ability to use own initiative, prioritise tasks and work unsupervised.
- Passionate about personal development of self and others.
- HR process knowledge and practice (desirable).
- You have built your own network of key digital talent (desirable).
- Degree educated (desirable).
Salary
£25-£30k plus commission – depending on experience. We will also consider a fixed-term contract role or part-time.
The role includes flexible working plus a hybrid mix of part office and part WFH.
