The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting on major social campaigns as well as organic growth across XLMedia’s sports and betting properties and products, pushing brand awareness, commercial drives and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing social media campaigns across all major social media platforms.
  • Work with the team to align organic paid media plans with the overall market strategy.
  • Continuously monitor and optimise existing campaigns to improve conversion rate and return on investment of the advertising spend.
  • Experience in achieving organic growth on all major social media platforms.
  • Using new media technologies to improve commercial delivery.
  • Define, measure, and analyse relevant paid media KPIs and perform ROI attribution reporting.
  • Assist the wider digital team in delivering their content calendar.
  • Proactively provide actionable insights into performance for relevant product owners.

The Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing environment.
  • Strong experience in growing an online product through various digital marketing channels.
  • Experience in campaign set up and execution and reporting on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are essential.
  • Curious and creative, passionate about sports betting is beneficial.
  • A strong understanding of iGaming.
  • Knowledge of social media compliance and responsibility.
