We support a wide range of SME clients in Enfield and surrounding areas.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our friendly and professional team.
We have developed long standing client relationships based on trust, as we deliver IT in plain English, without the technical jargon.
This is a hybrid role, primarily providing remote technical support via telephone and remote access software, with occasional on-site visits to client premises for hardware installations, printer configuration and technical troubleshooting.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-line IT support to business clients.
Resolve technical issues remotely via telephone and remote access tools.
Carry out occasional on-site support visits.
Install and configure printers, PCs and other hardware.
Support Microsoft 365 users and services.
Troubleshoot Windows servers, networking and connectivity issues.
Assist with router, switch and firewall configuration.
