We are looking for a reliable and experienced Electrician to join our growing new build housing team working on developments in the Carlisle area.
This role involves working on first and second fix installations on new build properties, delivering high quality installations within established site programmes.
All works are price work, offering strong earning potential for motivated Electricians.
Price work with excellent earning potential.
Company van provided.
Long-term work on established housing developments.
Consistent workflow with ongoing projects.
First fix electrical installations in new build properties.
Second fix electrical installations.
Installation of containment, wiring systems and accessories.
Requirements: Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
ECS / CSCS card preferred.
Experience in new build housing installations.
Full UK driving licence.
