Join a high performing team at a fast growing boutique alternatives asset manager. This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting the day-to-day operational management of live portfolios alongside the execution and servicing of investment solutions.
You will work across portfolio management and investment solutions, supporting the lifecycle of trades and positions from execution and capture through ongoing monitoring and reporting. The role involves close collaboration with senior team members and external counterparties to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and data.
What you will be doing
- Portfolio Management Support
- Support the day-to-day operational management of Bluebridge’s portfolios, working closely with the team to ensure accuracy, control, and consistency across positions, data, and reporting.
- Support the capture and maintenance of trades and positions across internal systems.
- Monitor portfolios for lifecycle events including expiries, coupons, corporate actions, and rebalances.
- Produce, validate, and support operational inputs (market data, pricing etc.) into portfolio level reporting including positions, exposures, and profit and loss.
- Support position and cash reconciliations and investigate discrepancies where required.
- Help maintain clear operational processes, controls, and documentation as the business scales.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve, streamline, or automate operational and execution processes, working with senior team members and internal developers where appropriate.
- Investment Solutions and Client Execution Support
- Support the execution and ongoing management of primary and secondary market trades, including monitoring trade progress and updating internal systems.
- Coordinate client pricing requests, tracking outcomes, and supporting follow ups.
- Oversee post trade support activities including trade booking checks and internal reporting.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of client facing materials including factsheets, websites, DDQs, and marketing communications.
- Maintain internal trackers, CRM records, and execution and pipeline data.
- Provide ad hoc analytical, administrative, and project support across the business.

- Comfort working with data, portfolio information, and Excel based reporting across multiple systems.
