Working directly with the Head of Investment Solutions, you will support business development, client activity and trade execution, building a strong foundation in markets, derivatives and asset management.

Our solutions business partners with a select group of global investment banks to help clients access investment opportunities across asset classes and markets.
We work closely with clients and counterparties throughout the investment lifecycle, from idea generation and execution through to ongoing support.
What you will be doing
You will work closely with the Head of Investment Solutions across client servicing, business development, trade execution, reporting and process improvement.
You will
- Support primary and secondary market trades, including inventory management, pricing requests, trade monitoring and post-trade activity.
- Work with major global investment banks throughout the pricing, trading and execution process.
- Maintain client materials, CRM records, due diligence responses and internal reporting.
- Support client communications, presentations, marketing materials and broader business projects.
- Improve, streamline or automate existing sales and operational processes.
You will gain increasing ownership as you develop, with exposure to both day-to-day client activity and longer-term business growth initiatives.

- Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a financial or quantitative field.
- Have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

- Be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a genuine interest in financial markets, structured products / derivatives and alternative investments.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
- Be comfortable working with data, Excel, CRM and other systems.
