Want to work in the music and creative industries? We have an exciting opportunity for young people aged 16‑25 who are interested in developing their creative ideas and career potential in the music and related industries. If you identify as Deaf, Disabled, or Neurodivergent, the age range may be extended up to 30 years.
Roles & Responsibilities
The roles are varied, offer flexible hours, office and/or home working, and freelance contracts (over a six‑to‑twelve‑month period). They include mentoring and development time for business and personal projects and support the organisation in delivering its annual programme of festivals, events and activities for all ages.
About the Organisation
Raising Creative Aspirations is backed by Youth Music, a national charity, and public funding from The National Lottery and Arts Council England. BlueBoxt Creative is a charity based in Wensleydale, North Yorkshire.
Application Process
The application process is now open and submissions will be considered on a rolling basis, subject to available vacancies. There will be three stages to the recruitment process:
- An informal conversation/video chat with the project lead where you can share your ideas and discuss the job roles available. It is a great opportunity to find out if the organisation will be a good fit for you.
- You will be invited to prepare a written or recorded expression of interest which explains your career goals, project aspirations, skills and experience. We will work with you and provide the support you need to achieve this.
- If selected, candidates will be invited to attend a relaxed interview. This will be in person or a video call with representatives from our Trustees and Youth Voice Steering Group.
