This site-based role reports to the Managing Director and will own and develop the people agenda, shaping HR initiatives, policies, processes and systems to back the Board's plans.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on HR generalist with experience across employee relations, resourcing, L&D, performance management and workforce planning.
