Launch your career in marketing and business development

Bluebox Corporate Finance is looking for an ambitious and highly organised Marketing & Business Development Co-ordinator to join our London-based team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning or early stage of their career who wants broad, hands‑on experience and the chance to progress quickly.

You will work closely with senior leaders, take ownership of meaningful projects from an early stage and gain exposure to marketing, events, business development and the wider operations of a successful corporate finance firm.

If you are proactive, creative and keen to learn, we will give you the support, responsibility and opportunities you need to develop your career.

About Bluebox Corporate Finance

Bluebox is one of the UK’s leading corporate finance advisory firms. We help business owners prepare for, position and successfully complete the sale of their company.

Founded in 2012, we have built a strong reputation for outstanding delivery, expert advice and a structured, strategic approach.

With a London-based team and an international network spanning more than 45 countries, we combine deep M&A expertise with a personal, hands‑on service.

Our mission is simple: to deliver exceptional outcomes for business owners at every stage of their journey.

About the role

You will help deliver Bluebox’s day‑to‑day marketing activity while supporting events, lead generation, business development and selected business operations.

Working closely with the COO and colleagues across the firm, you will help develop campaigns, create high‑quality content, strengthen the Bluebox brand and generate opportunities from both our existing network and new audiences.

This is a varied role in which no two days will be exactly the same.

As your experience and confidence grow, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and progress within the business.

What you’ll be doing

Working with the COO to develop and deliver marketing plans that strengthen the Bluebox brand and expand its reach.

  • Co‑ordinating multi‑channel campaigns across digital, email, PR and events.
  • Planning, creating and managing content for the Bluebox website and Linked In.
  • Producing engaging content, including articles, blogs, digital series and promotional materials.
  • Managing email marketing activity, including newsletters, audience segmentation, scheduling and performance reporting.
  • Designing brochures, flyers, event invitations and digital assets using Canva and AI‑powered tools.
  • Helping to plan, promote and deliver events, including lead generation, audience engagement and on‑site support.
  • Maintaining the CRM and helping the wider team use it accurately and effectively.
  • Ensuring a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all marketing activity.
  • Supporting the deal team with AI integrations, workflows and other digital assets.
  • Providing proactive administrative support to the COO, including diary management and expense reporting.
  • Supporting the smooth running of the office and responding professionally to ad‑hoc requests.
  • What we’re looking for

You do not need to know everything on day one. We are looking for someone with strong foundations, plenty of initiative and a genuine appetite to learn.

You will ideally have

  • A degree in a relevant subject.
  • Excellent organisational and project‑management skills, with the ability to balance several priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when it comes to spelling and grammar.
  • Confidence using Canva and creating content for social media.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude and Gemini, together with an interest in using technology to improve marketing and business processes.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach and an interest in how marketing can generate engagement, relationships and growth.
  • A keen interest in emerging marketing trends and technology.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

What we offer

  • A company pension.
  • Eligibility to participate in profit share through our Employee Ownership Trust scheme after one year.
  • A 10% commission on qualifying leads you personally generate, subject to the company’s commission terms.
  • Genuine opportunities for rapid career progression based on your performance and development.
  • Direct access to and mentoring from experienced senior leaders.
  • The opportunity to take meaningful ownership of marketing activity from an early stage.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of projects across marketing, business development, technology and operations.
  • Build your career with Bluebox

This is more than a traditional junior marketing position.

It is an opportunity to develop a broad commercial skill set, make a visible contribution and grow quickly within an ambitious, employee‑owned business.

If you are enthusiastic, resourceful and ready to take ownership of your development, we would love to hear from you.

Bluebox Corporate Finance is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and welcomes applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.
