A Senior Commercial Opportunity on Complex Central London Projects
Join a £25m T/O specialist engineering contractor entering a strong period of growth, with a busy pipeline of complex central London projects.
This is a senior role with full commercial responsibility, reporting directly to the MD and taking the commercial lead across projects valued up to £5m.
The work is technically challenging and covers:
- Piling
- Structural alterations
- Principal contractor projects up to £5m
You’ll have genuine ownership of your projects, working closely with the operational team and senior management while playing an important role in the continued growth of the business.
What They’re Looking For
- Degree/Masters in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience with structural refurb, structural alterations, demolition
- Strong technical QS background
- Excellent understanding of NEC & JCT contracts
- Proven experience leading projects as the commercial lead
- Experience delivering complex Central London schemes highly desirable
- Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to operate at senior level
