Contracts/Projects Manager\\n * Specialist Enabling Works contractor\\n * Cut & carve, soft strip, structural works\\n * London/south east\\n * hybrid/flexible\\nBrilliant opportunity to join a young specialist contractor firmly in growth mode (record workload currently)\\nExperience as a Contracts Manager/Project Manager with enabling works/cut & carve projects is a real plus as well as working for smaller, specialist contractors – you'll be used to wearing a few hats! Strong client facing skills also.\\nSo, what's in it for you?\\n 1. Peace of mind – they're busy!

You'll be trusted to do your job as you see fit and only expected to get up to Aylesbury every other week for a debrief with directors.
