Contracts/Projects Manager\\n * Specialist Enabling Works contractor\\n * Cut & carve, soft strip, structural works\\n * London/south east\\n * hybrid/flexible\\nBrilliant opportunity to join a young specialist contractor firmly in growth mode (record workload currently)\\nExperience as a Contracts Manager/Project Manager with enabling works/cut & carve projects is a real plus as well as working for smaller, specialist contractors – you'll be used to wearing a few hats! Strong client facing skills also.\\nSo, what's in it for you?\\n 1. Peace of mind – they're busy!

Flexibility – they're based in Aylesbury, Bucks but this role is to oversee projects in London and the south east (most in London). You'll be trusted to do your job as you see fit and only expected to get up to Aylesbury every other week for a debrief with directors.
