We're working with a leading civils and structures contractor delivering complex projects across Central London, with values up to £50m. They're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a major scheme, working as the number two and reporting directly to the Commercial Lead. This is a great opportunity if you want real responsibility on a flagship project, while being mentored and developed towards running your own job as Commercial Lead in the near future.
You’ll be involved in:
- Subcontract procurement
- Valuations and variations
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Supporting with final accounts
- Day-to-day commercial management of a major scheme
