We are seeking a Preconstruction Engineer to join a thriving West London specialist contractor with over 30 years’ experience delivering complex basement, structural, and enabling works across largely prime residential projects in London. Projects typically reach £15m and are delivered in highly constrained urban environments. The business is also recognised for its pioneering ground engineering techniques and innovative temporary works solutions, allowing it to successfully deliver technically challenging schemes.

This is a key preconstruction role, supporting projects from early design stage through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support precon activities on complex basement and structural projects
