Health & Safety Manager – Cut & Carve Specialist Location: Central London Salary: £70k to £80k + bens We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist contractor delivering complex cut and carve / structural alteration projects across Central London. They’re seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee multiple projects and drive a strong safety culture. The Role: * Lead Health & Safety on their flagship £30m project in London EC2 (until Easter 2026) * Then progress to managing Health & Safety across several live structural refurbishment projects (mainly central London) * Conduct site audits, inspections, and support project teams * Manage RAMS, CPPs, incident investigations, and compliance with CDM * Deliver training, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: * NEBOSH Construction (Diploma desirable) * Strong construction H&S background, ideally in cut and carve, demolition or structural alterations * Excellent knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and CDM regs * Confident communicator able to influence site teams
