We are recruiting on behalf of a very busy and well-established specialist subcontractor based near Grays, Essex, seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead their commercial function. This is a key senior hire, responsible for overseeing a team of QSs and managing the commercial performance of numerous live projects, reporting to the Managing Director.

- Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Full commercial control from pre-contract to final account
- Cost control, forecasting, and risk management
- Contractual management and client liaison
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
- Proven Commercial Manager or Senior QS (subcontractor background essential)
