Bluebonnet Trails Community Services is seeking a Community Living Support Specialist to provide support to children enrolled in the YES Waiver. This role involves partnering with team members to facilitate skill-building and promote community inclusion for children aged 3-18.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, knowledge of mental illnesses, and a valid Texas driver’s license.
Responsibilities include monitoring treatment goals and providing culturally competent care.
The hourly salary range for this position is $28.89 – $31.64, with additional differentials available.
