Digital Matte Painter

BlueBolt is looking for a Digital Matte Painter to join its talented and growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on an exciting range of upcoming projects.

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in a feature film or equivalent high-end facility
• Proficiency in Digital Matte Painting techniques using Photoshop
• Experience setting up DMP projection cameras and geo in Maya and/or Nuke
• Proficient in polygon modelling and creating UV layouts in Maya
• Good knowledge of texturing using Photoshop or Mari
• Additional knowledge of Lighting, FX, and techniques is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Report to the Lead DMP, Head of 3D, and VFX Supervisors
• Be team-oriented, motivated, and able to follow a brief
• Learn quickly and troubleshoot logically
