Role description (Leader):
- Directly manage a pod of 4 AEs targeting upper mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Deals: £45K AOV, 45-day average sales cycle
- Involved in live deals, especially at the closing stage
- AEs are often newly promoted SDRs – requires hands-on coaching
- High outbound motion supported by large SDR team
- Sales methodology: value-based, requires proactive and strategic engagement
- Monthly quota structure (MRR focus) with emphasis on forecasting accuracy
- Managers are expected to actively close deals while upskilling the team
