They're a specialist Microsoft CSP — M365, Azure, licensing — competing in a space dominated by multi-billion pound resellers. They win by being faster, leaner, and genuinely better at the product than anyone else in the room.

- The BDR role (£42k base | £57k–£62k OTE) Outbound-led, AI-assisted dialling, real structure and KPIs. Marketing feeds you some pipeline — but you're expected to generate. 90% of their current BDRs hit quota in Q1. The ones who move fast are sitting in an AE seat within six months.
- The Sales Exec role (£52k base | £77k OTE) Full cycle. Self-generated pipeline. Average deal £10K MRR, targeting IT managers and directors in 50–500 seat businesses. Microsoft ecosystem experience is required — this isn't negotiable.
