We're hiring on behalf of an established, well-funded enterprise SaaS leader in the commerce / product-experience space, working with some of the world's most recognisable consumer brands. This is for an RVP or Senior Director from a mid-to-large enterprise SaaS business ($150–300M ARR) who has walked into an underperforming, multi-segment sales org, diagnosed what needed to change, and driven a real turnaround.
You've carried a full number across several motions at once, you've managed both AEs and AMs, and you've sold into VP eCommerce buyers. Ideally you bring some background in PXM, PIM or an adjacent digital-shelf / commerce-data category. You've promoted fast (Manager → Senior Manager → Regional lead in 5–6 years), and you're as comfortable coaching a rep through a multimillion-dollar C-level deal as you are stepping into it yourself. If you've done the transformation once and want to do it again with a proven playbook behind you, this is the one.
The role involves owning the entire EMEA revenue number — renewal, expansion and net-new — across Mid-Market, Enterprise, Large Enterprise and Globals. You'll inherit a team of 7, assess it, and decide what to keep, adjust and hire as you scale. Reports directly to a Global Revenue leader.
What you'll do:
- Own the full EMEA number across every segment
- Inherit, assess and grow a team of 7 direct reports across AE and AM functions
- Coach AEs on multimillion-dollar, C-level deals and pipeline qualification
- Personally cover key deals and rep territories when needed
- Build a culture of ownership and hustle calibrated for the European market
Must haves:
- 10+ years enterprise SaaS sales, with 5+ years leading high-performing teams
- Directly managed both AEs and AMs across a mixed new-business and expansion team
- Genuinely run multiple motions (Globals, Enterprise, Mid-Market) at once while owning a full number
- Sold to VP eCommerce buyers, with the executive presence to engage C-level at some of the world's largest consumer brands
- Modern operator, comfortable with AI-enabled tooling and still hands-on
Nice to haves:
- Direct PXM / PIM or digital-shelf experience
- Sold to CIO alongside eCommerce personas
- Consumer/CPG, retail or B2B industrials exposure
The company is an established, well-funded enterprise SaaS platform in the commerce / product-experience space, working with some of the world's most recognisable consumer brands. Ranked among the leaders in its category, and now expanding its footprint across new verticals. Europe is one of the business's single biggest growth bets heading into 2027. A transformation playbook already proven in North America is now being run in Europe — real revenue, real customers, a validated model — with a credible path to a senior European leadership seat as the investment scales.
