- Comfort with multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Ability to translate soft workforce challenges into hard ROI
- Strong judgment in deal and partner prioritisation
Nice-to-have experience
- Workforce optimisation, HCM, insurance, or operational platforms
- Public-sector or regulated enterprise sales exposure
- International or satellite-office leadership experience
Compensation: Strong total OTE package up to 400K GBP.
