Our client is the fastest-growing Microsoft CSP in history — and is now scaling hard across the UK and Europe. We're hiring a GTM Enablement Manager for a high-growth Microsoft licensing and cloud solutions business disrupting how mid-market companies buy and manage their Microsoft stack. This is a hands-on enablement role embedded in the sales floor. You own the programmes, coach the reps, and get measured on the results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning onboarding for new BDRs and SEs (3-week programme)
  • Running call reviews and coaching sessions in Gong
  • Building and maintaining talk tracks, playbooks and battle cards
  • Tracking rep-level metrics and working with RevOps to identify blockers
  • Working alongside the US Enablement Manager to adapt programmes for UK/Europe

What we're looking for:

  • 1–3 years in a dedicated sales enablement role
  • Hands-on sales background (BDR or AE) — strongly preferred
  • SaaS experience — scale-up or startup environment ideal
  • Metrics-driven and process-oriented
  • Big corporate backgrounds not a fit here

What's on offer:

  • £70k base + £12k variable | £82k OTE
  • Hybrid — London, 4 days in office
  • Full tool stack: Gong, Salesloft, Salesforce, Orum AI
  • Fast-moving team, genuine ownership of the function
