- Tiny, exceptional engineering team scaling up
About the role: what will you do here?
- Own features end to end across a TypeScript / Node + React stack
- Build and harden the systems around the agents: orchestration, guardrails, monitoring, reliability
- Integrate LLMs into real compliance and risk workflows (Anthropic-first)
- Work directly with enterprise customers to turn messy, high-stakes compliance problems into a shippable product
- Make the architectural calls that hold as the platform scales from pilots to serious production
About you: what experience do you bring?
- You live to build: ex-founders, open-source contributors, serious side-project people
- Strong production experience across frontend and backend
- Hands-on experience putting LLMs into real products, not just demos
- High energy, good technical taste, and comfortable making calls in ambiguity
- You care about doing things right; this is high-security work for high-risk customers, so reliability is the job
