The Role: An enterprise new business sales position selling into the hospitality and e-learning sectors. Experience in at least one of these industries is essential β either directly or indirectly β and you must be able to speak the language of the market.
You will run complex, consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles using a SPIN selling and ROI-driven approach, with the opportunity to grow from Tier 1 deals into large-scale Tier 3 enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle (prospecting to close) across EMEA.
- Build a robust pipeline through provided leads (majority inbound/Tier system), SDR support, and personal outreach.
- Manage a quota of β¬750K ARR annually (50% in year one, ramp target).
- Achieve 12 SQLs/month from your own, SDR, and channel sources.
- Engage with L&D teams and multi-thread across broader business stakeholders.
- Close deals ranging from β¬20K ARR to over β¬1M (most β¬100Kββ¬500K ARR in Tier 3).
