We’re partnering with a high-growth, VC-backed startup founded by a proven entrepreneur who previously scaled a $100M+ software company and is now building his next big success story. They’re on the hunt for an ambitious, high-energy GTM minded BDR to join their lean, data-driven GTM team in London.

What they’re building: A next-gen SalesTech platform helping go-to-market teams find and engage their best-fit prospects using data, AI, and automation. Think: hyper-targeted prospecting meets smart, human-led sales conversations.

What you’ll do:

  • Own inbound + outbound prospecting from day one
  • 2–3 days/week researching and targeting accounts
  • 2 days/week cold calling commercial leaders (e.g. CROs, VPs Sales, RevOps)
  • Build and run multi-channel sequences (calls, email, social)
  • Research and target high-potential accounts using their own platform
  • Engage senior GTM leaders (CROs, VPs Sales, RevOps) with thoughtful, consultative outreach
  • Partner directly with the VP Revenue and Founders to drive pipeline growth

High-output, collaborative GTM team that values curiosity and execution. You’ll be trusted to experiment, learn fast, and think commercially. Not a “spray and pray” culture — it’s all about intelligent, data-led selling.

Must-haves:

  • 6+ months of experience in a startup environment
  • Proven cold calling experience
  • Experience pitching complex solutions (e.g. payments, cybersecurity, technical SaaS)
  • Interest in GTM, data, and SaaS sales
  • Ability to hold informed conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Startup or scale-up experience (high autonomy)
  • High grit; open to candidates from recruitment backgrounds
  • Autonomous learning and development
  • Experience using tools like Clay or Apollo
  • Exposure to RevOps or technical buyer personas
  • Progression in a high-performing GTM team
