Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving net-new business across UK agencies and digital-first organisations
  • Building relationships with stakeholders such as Heads of Programmatic, Trading Directors, Digital Leads, and commercial decision-makers
  • Executing a structured outbound strategy across calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking
  • Researching and mapping target accounts to identify key decision-makers and influencers
  • Navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Running sales conversations and guiding prospects through to activation
  • Maintaining strong CRM discipline and pipeline management

Requirements:

  • Blend of outbound hunting, relationship building, and commercial ownership
  • Strong background in AdTech sales, ideally with exposure to agency environments
  • Solid understanding of how UK agencies and digital organisations operate commercially
