This is a deliberate shift across the business, not just a single hire. They are now looking for someone to take ownership of that motion and turn early success into a scalable revenue stream.
The company is a global AdTech platform powered by deep learning, working with leading brands and agencies worldwide to deliver performance across the full customer journey. The UK team is already well established and performing strongly. What’s changing now is the strategic focus on expanding agency partnerships as a primary route to market.

You will be responsible for building pipeline from scratch, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and closing commercial agreements that lead to long-term partnerships. What you’ll be doing:

- Executing a structured outbound strategy across calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking

- Maintaining strong CRM discipline and pipeline management
Why this role stands out:
- Strategic priority for the business with clear investment and focus
- Opportunity to build and scale a key revenue channel from early traction
- High visibility with leadership and direct impact on UK growth
- Blend of outbound hunting, relationship building, and commercial ownership
- Backed by a strong UK team and proven global product
What you should bring:
- 3+ years of closing experience in a BDM / AE / new business role
- Strong background in AdTech sales, ideally with exposure to agency environments
- Solid understanding of how UK agencies and digital organisations operate commercially
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, consultative sales cycles
- Confidence owning deals end-to-end, including negotiation and commercial structuring
- Strong networking capability and comfort in face-to-face environments
- Structured approach to prospecting, outreach, and pipeline building
- Experience using CRM and outbound tooling effectively
- Stable career trajectory with clear progression
What’s on offer:
- Up to £90K base salary with double OTE
- Private health insurance and pension contribution
- Gym allowance and 25 days holiday
- Generous training and development budget
- Work from anywhere policy alongside hybrid working
- High-impact role with real ownership and growth potential
