This is a hands-on sales role focused on deal closure in a complex technical environment. The Account Executive will work closely with a technical sales engineering team (comprised of architects), as well as Product, Automation, and Operations. This is not a desk-based role — success here requires a strong preference for face-to-face relationship-building, high accountability, and an ability to guide prospects through a technical, high-value sales cycle.

Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Product: Automated, sustainable housing construction delivered via a Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) model

About the Company: This team is rewriting the rulebook on construction—merging automation, robotics, and architecture to deliver homes that are faster, greener, and dramatically cheaper to build. With 30–40% lower construction costs, a 96% cut in labour needs, and sustainability standards 27% above the EU’s toughest regulations, they aren’t just improving housing—they’re reinventing how it’s made. Their agile micro-factories achieve up to 90% gross margins at scale, powered by a Hardware-as-a-Service model that locks in long-term growth. The company is in its scaling phase—with public backing, triple-digit growth forecasts, and a clear path to profitability.

Growth potential: Opportunity to move into sales leadership or define and own channel partnerships. No current CRO in the business – significant scope for advancement. Direct collaboration with senior leadership. Influence commercial strategy in a market-creating business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to close
  • Sell into mid-sized homebuilders and timber frame manufacturers
  • Develop relationships with C-suite decision makers (Founder / CEO / MD)
  • Collaborate with the Sales Engineering team to tailor solutions and reduce deal risk
  • Lead on pricing, contracting, and closing processes
