We’re hiring an Enterprise AE Manager to take full ownership of the UK market while leading a high-performing team across Europe. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in complex enterprise deals, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both building and scaling environments. You’ll operate as a mini Country Manager, responsible for driving revenue, building pipeline, and shaping the go-to-market strategy in a region with significant growth potential.
Role Overview
You will lead a team of 5–7 senior Enterprise AEs across the UK, Benelux and Southern Europe. The environment is outbound-led with high autonomy, meaning success depends on strong leadership, clear GTM direction, and the ability to execute at pace. Alongside leadership responsibilities, you will stay close to the deals, supporting and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the UK go-to-market strategy from the ground up
- Drive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy and overall revenue performance
- Coach and develop senior AEs on complex enterprise deal execution
- Actively contribute to closing strategic deals
- Identify growth levers across segments, messaging and channels
- Act as the voice of the UK market towards senior leadership
About the Product
The company offers a multi-channel CRM and marketing automation platform, enabling organisations to engage customers across email, SMS, WhatsApp, chat and more through advanced journey orchestration.
Ideal Background
- 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS sales
- 4–6+ years closing enterprise deals
- 2–5 years managing senior AE teams
- Strong experience in the UK market
- Background in CRM, MarTech or closely related space
- Proven success in outbound-led environments with low inbound support
- Experience building or scaling a new region or market
- Strong strategic GTM capabilities across segmentation, messaging and territory planning
Nice to Have
- Experience as a Country Manager or first leader in a region
- Managed distributed or multi-country teams
- Background in startup or scale-up environments
- Exposure to partner or channel-led sales
- Industry experience in retail, e-commerce, real estate or financial services
Why This Role
This is a high-impact position with full ownership of a key market. The GTM strategy is not predefined, giving you real influence over direction and execution. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, with a clear pathway towards Country Manager, Director or VP level as the business scales. If you’re looking for a role where you can build, lead and directly impact growth in a high-potential region, this is worth a conversation.
