The Role
An enterprise new business sales position selling into the hospitality and e-learning sectors. Experience in at least one of these industries is essential — either directly or indirectly — and you must be able to speak the language of the market.

- Build a robust pipeline through provided leads (majority inbound/Tier system), SDR support, and personal outreach.
- Manage a quota of €750K ARR annually (50% in year one, ramp target).
- Achieve 12 SQLs/month from your own, SDR, and channel sources.
- Engage with L&D teams and multi-thread across broader business stakeholders.
- Close deals ranging from €20K ARR to over €1M (most €100K–€500K ARR in Tier 3).
What You’ll Bring
Must-haves
- 3–5 years enterprise SaaS sales experience (consultative, closing deals).
- Proven track record in hospitality or e-learning — one is a must.
- Stable career history with 2+ years tenure in recent roles.
- High self-motivation, independence, and proactive mindset.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, humble, and low-ego approach.
- Experience with ROI-focused sales methodology.
Nice-to-haves
- Direct network in both hospitality and e-learning sectors.

- Greenfield opportunity to pioneer the EMEA market.
- Low staff turnover and strong, collaborative culture.
- Join during global sales expansion with clear career progression potential.

- Progress into Tier 3 enterprise accounts with high-value deals.
- Paid holiday and pension contributions.
