Size and functions of local team: 8 AEs total, 2 pods of 4; hiring for 1 additional AE Manager to join existing leadership

Role description (Leader):

  • Directly manage a pod of 4 AEs targeting upper mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Deals: Β£45K AOV, 45-day average sales cycle
  • Involved in live deals, especially at the closing stage
  • AEs are often newly promoted SDRs – requires hands-on coaching
  • High outbound motion supported by large SDR team
  • Sales methodology: value-based, requires proactive and strategic engagement
  • Monthly quota structure (MRR focus) with emphasis on forecasting accuracy
  • Managers are expected to actively close deals while upskilling the team
