Role description (Leader):
- Directly manage a pod of 4 AEs targeting upper mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Deals: Β£45K AOV, 45-day average sales cycle
- Involved in live deals, especially at the closing stage
- AEs are often newly promoted SDRs β requires hands-on coaching
- High outbound motion supported by large SDR team
