Our client has built a GTM data platform that's becoming the go-to tool for commercial leaders who are serious about their go-to-market strategy. They're backed by strong investors and led by a commercially sharp founding team with deep SaaS and data expertise. They're now looking for a hungry, high-energy Team Lead BDR to join their London team, someone who can hold their own on the phones and help elevate the person next to them.

What You'll Do
- Be a player-coach to a fellow BDR, put structure and process in place while staying hands-on yourself
- Execute high-volume outbound: 800 dials/week, targeting senior commercial stakeholders (CROs, VPs of Sales, Marketing, and RevOps)
- Qualify inbound leads generated through LinkedIn and email sequences
- Use the platform itself to personalize outreach by vertical, you'll know the product inside out
- Hold sharp, informed conversations with senior buyers and contribute to refining GTM messaging
