We’re partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS company (ITSM) with a strong UK footprint and a loyal customer base across mid-market organisations. Led by a commercially experienced leadership team, they’re now looking for a growth-focused Account Manager to drive expansion and renewals across their existing customer portfolio in the UK.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a portfolio of ~100 existing customers, driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion revenue
  • Lead renewals and price uplift negotiations, with full revenue ownership
  • Run product demos and uncover expansion opportunities across customer teams
  • Forecast accurately and manage the pipeline against clear expansion targets
  • Act as the main point of contact across the customer lifecycle, onboarding to renewal
  • Deliver regular customer calls, service reviews, and post-implementation support
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Consultancy, Support, and Finance
  • Support tenders, InfoSec questionnaires, and larger customer consultancy projects
  • Commercial, structured, and revenue-driven with clear ownership and accountability
  • Collaborative UK sales team with strong cross-functional support
  • Stable SaaS business with long-term customers and high growth (specifically in the UK)

Must-Haves

  • 2–6 years’ experience in B2B SaaS account management
  • Strong commercial mindset comfortable owning targets and revenue numbers
  • Confident running SaaS demos and commercial conversations
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised CRM user with attention to detail and forecasting discipline

Nice-to-Haves

  • Mid-market SaaS experience
  • Background managing renewals and expansion-heavy account books
  • Exposure to service management, workflow, or operational software
